Description

The property is close to Lake Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge and has frontage on SR 1304.  The property contains a 5± acre impoundment that has been managed for over 20 years for duck hunting and also includes new improvements such as rebuilt dikes and a new flashboard riser.  The property includes a water pump and components, flashboard riser and two blinds.
