Directions

From Warrenton: Take Highway 158 East through the town of Macon. Go about a mile past Macon and turn left on Church Hill Road (SR 1355). Go about 2 miles and turn left on Blacks Road (SR 1334). The property is 1.7 miles on the right. Look for gravel entrance and yellow gate.

Timber Types

The property includes 155 acres of young to mid-aged loblolly pine, both naturally regenerated and planted. There are 36 acres of mature hardwoods in the bottomland and a 1 year old naturally regenerated loblolly pine and hardwood stand in the back of the property.
