Directions

The current estimated timber value is $50,000 to $70,000. The property contains 77 acres of 19-year old, planted loblolly pines that were recently thinned. This is a good quality stand that was once owned by Georgia Pacific. The trees will require roughly 6 years of growth until they should be thinned again.
