The forested area is comprised of planted pine stands and mixed hardwoods, and has an approximate value of $30,000 to $40,000. Approximately $20,000 can be generated immediately by thinning the intermediate-aged stands and clear cutting the mature stands. Periodic timber sale income can be generated through sustained forest management.
