Directions
From Wadesboro: Take Highway 742 north about 10 miles and turn right on Cedar Grove Church Road (SR 1610). Continue 2.5 miles and turn right on Morton Road (SR 1654). Go .3 mile, the property is on both side of the road.
Timber Stands
The timber includes two planted loblolly pine stands and one natural pine and hardwood stand. Stand 2 provides a payment of $1,150/year under the CRP. The timber can be managed for long term production and will provide period income through thinnings as well as large revenues during the final harvest.
