From Creedmoor: Go West on Highway 56, turn right on Brogden Road (SR 1127) and follow 5.5 miles to Stem. Turn right on Old NC 75 (SR 1004), go 1 mile and turn left on Culbreth Road (SR 1138). Continue 7 miles to Berea. At Berea, turn left on Highway 158, then turn right on Old Roxboro Road (SR 1309, changes to SR 1311). Continue 5.4 miles to the intersection with Goshen Road (SR 1316).
