Directions

From the Sanford area: Take Highway 1 south to Tramway. Turn right (west) at the Citgo Gas station on Center Church Road (SR 1303) and go 5.3 miles. Turn left on South Plank Road (SR 1007), go 1/4 mile and turn right on SR 1661. Go 1/4 mile and turn right on Underwood Road (SR 1625). Go 2.4 miles and the property begins on the left.

The timber has been well-managed and could be held for long-term appreciation. The first harvest would occur in 3± years.

  • 1996 planted loblolly pine, 58 acres. Can be thinned in 3± years.
  • 2003 planted loblolly pine, 50 acres. Can be thinned in 10± years.
