Description

Forested with 5 year old hardwoods, this timberland property is located just north of Henderson, NC. The property adjoins the Corps Land that borders Kerr Reservoir. You can walk to the reservoir from the property. Access is provided by a 20' wide easement that is restricted to forestry use only. A dirt road provides vehicular access two thirds of the way through the land. The road turns into a walking/ATV trail and continues through the property to the edge of the Corps land. Located 45 miles north of I-540 in Raleigh.

Access is provided by a 20' wide easement that is restricted to forestry use only. The easement starts at 4320 Kelly Road and is located along the driveway leading to a white farmhouse. The easement continues east past the house and leads into the property (at a wire gate). Alternate access is being explored.

Directions

From Henderson: Take Highway 39 north 6.7 miles and turn left on Stagecoach Road (SR 1329). Continue 1.4 miles and turn left on Kelly Road (SR 1326). The easement to the property is .25 mile on the left at 4320 Kelly Road. No sign.
